DH & I have and ADR for 7:00 PM at HOB on September 2. When we made our ADR's we totally forgot that this is Labor Day weekend and now I'm wondering how crowded DTD is going to be. The last time we went on a Saturday evening it was totally nuts and it was not even a holiday weekend! I'm really excited about trying HOB, but not sure I want to battle insane crowds just to eat dinner. Should we change the ADR and try again on another trip or stick with it and take our chances with the crowds?

Well good news is most "tourist" are leaving as kids are generally back in school by then,,,may not be as crowded as you think...

Thanks for the feedback, we've never been there to eat (just hit the shop). We've talked about trying it for a long time, but I'm a huge fan of Aaron Sanchez and now that he has helped develop the new menu I really want to try it!

Crush Dude!

Back from WDW!Counting down to DLP in November!
At this moment no,unless we do a early dinner or lunch.Seafood jambalaya is huge but awesome, meatloaf is spicy, and baby ribs in Jim bean sauce is sticky face but brill.been twice, loud & loveey.:)
Def liking the look of the ribs! The menu looks great, will be eating the for the first time on our first evening
