DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!:mad: 56 minutes on hold to find out in ~7 minutes, that they cannot find any offering for 20% off POR FQ. Yes they see it on the Disney.com special offers web page, but the system says it is not a real offer.
They said the same thing to me when I tried to apply the POFQ discount today...no availability. Not cool.:grumpy:

This does not bode well for my 2014 vacation, POFQ is excluded from the Free Dinning promo. I wonder if I'll be able to apply the room only discount when the time comes.

FYI...It may have been because of your dates. I am staying at POFQ during the promotional period and I am on the free dining plan. Sorry to hear you weren't able to get in on the discount.

I called and no room only discounts for POFQ available Dec 8-14th! I called early on the 1st. Don't think they really had any rooms available!

Try (407) 560-7277 it is the pass holder hotline. Im sure you can use the automated system to make a payment. I go right through to the payment system and then tried an agent with only a few minutes wait. Call and claim ignorance!

I'll tell you where they've definitely got a problem...the WDW website!
It has always been slow and somewhat unreliable, but lately it has been riduculous.

Did you get it?
Was on hold for 32 minutes. Then no go, but they did say they had a garden view room at PORS for 75.35 less than what I paid for the standard at POFQ.:greedy: So I said sounds good to me,:joyfull: but then they found out that no it will be 75.35 more,:oops: so now I am on hold again while they try to get my original room at POFQ back for me.:banghead:

If they get me back to were I do not have to pay more money for my already paid for trip, I will be happy and not touch this hot potato again.:arghh:

Agreed I hate that I have to call now to get passholder rates. They have not updated anything. If you have an RFID pass associated it will not show you the true offers. I also think they made it real hard to compare and have elimiated the other offers area. I booked WL for labor day weekend while the website showed a cheaper rate than the rack rack for non passholders. when I called the rate went down another $60.00 per night for a Woods view bunk bed room.
