Busty wedding dress girl...that's really Holly Madison? It says that it's her wedding reception - completely different dress, and her hair is suddenly very short.

It's not at all surprising for brides with more elaborate weddings to wear multiple dresses, one for the ceremony, one for the first dance, one for the meal, one for the party after eating, etc. And as a PP mentioned, wigs and extensions are still somewhat popular. Lots of women still seem to want long flowing hair in their ceremony pictures, but might want to have a shorter lighter hairstyle for partying. There are reasons why weddings cost way to much money today.

Oh, and we we actually have fun on the wedding day.
