Wondering if anyone knows what mechanism is used for the pop-up ghost heads in the Haunted Mansion graveyard scene?

Essentially it's a piston propelled upward by air. (Think of a bicycle hand pump if you were to blow air into the hose)

Thanks Rob! Makes sense, but wasn't sure if they used a pneumatic cylinder alone, or used one to drive a scissor lift or something.
