Last time I got stopped where the doors are knocking and "some are dying to get out" my least favorite part. I wish it had been duing Leota's seance!
i totally agree! i love the seance i actually held one on hallo's eve in an empty room in my attic with my friends it was awesome! nothing to suddel like in the mansion but a couple of candels blew out and tipped over. creepy yeah no one under stood us when we told them but there were 3 of us and we all have the same memory...:)

3.5 mph? That can't be. If you walk at 3.5 mph, that's a relatively brisk pace--and the CMs there are certainly not walking at that speed. I think it's more like 1 mph. I would feel very sorry for the CMs if they were being forced to walk 28 miles in an 8-hour work day...

I believe he meant the doombugies travel at 3.5 mph, not the load belt. Check out doombuggies.com for fun factoids.

When we were down a couple weeks ago, we rode HM 5 times over the course of our week, and every single time we got stopped in the attic! I got so sick of hearing the heartbeat ;)

Exactly. At load, the buggies move at 3.5 mph, but the belt is slower. At unload, both the belt and buggies move at 3.5 mph. Also, it is very rare (virtually impossible) that during a shift CMs will spend 8 hours on a belt. They move around based on a rotation.

I personally hate this. I didn't come to ride this attraction to hear a bunch of people recite all the lines to show off how smart they are. I know the lines too, but I don't want to hear Bill from Texas telling them to me.

Ditto. Even worse are the people who like to scream on the ride.

I'm with you! I wish everyone in there would be nice and quiet so the "newbies" and kids could get the full effect of the stretch room. I remember as a kid squeezing my dad's arm because there was "no way out!". Now with everyone talking along, you can barely hear the "ghost host". :zipit:
