They've added new construction boards with fencs and stickers. This is fast!

Yes
yup! she was. if you actually look at the photo they teased, rapunzel is standing on belle's spot, if you look under her, maurice and lumiere is there!
I think Pascal is also there

Indeed I think there are more sidekicks on the float than the number of platforms for princesses to stand on. I guess they did that deliberately to allow more flexibility - they can feature different princesses from time to time. So I am sure in some time Belle will be back.

In fact, I think they did the same for FoF before. The princess float in FoF could only accommodate four princesses, usually its Snow White + Cinderella + Aurora + Belle, but I remembered seeing Rapunzel one day as well.

Yep! I'm not sure if they are doing this for the daytime castle show too since I believe the princesses are also featured there. Could they be rotating the princesses around for both the parade and the castle show? Honestly, this would be quite cool since there are 5 showings of the castle show a day.

At the same time, Momentous: Party in the Night Sky was debuted. It was essentially an 10-minute addition of regular Momentous with Main Street projections accompained with rooftop spotlights, like DL and DLP does for their nighttime spectaculars (unlike Magic Kingdom's Enchantment and 2023 version of HEA, whoch does not utilize rooftop spotlights on MSUSA). Additionally, castle strobe lights began to utilized at "Momentous" finale.

Very very minor critique is that they didn’t add more pyro. Some of the pyro they reconfigured for the pre-show isn’t replaced in the main Momentous show. It felt sort of like the B-version during covid when there was a pyro shortage. But overall still a very fun show.

Not sure why Magic Kingdom does not have rooftop spots, and fountains, and drones lol. Hopefully one day they will.

Regarding fountains, it's unlikely to be appear at the MK since the equipment like that already appeared at EPCOT. Also about drones, unless Disney ditch high firework shells at the MK, the presence of drones looks unlikely, because the equipment was avaliable at Disney Springs.

Worthly mentioned that this version of Momentous is the first time to include an narrator since Disney in the Stars (Fairy Godmother's voiceover is suspected as Barbara Dirickson and accompained by many characters such as Cantonese voiceover of Mickey).
