Public-facing parade concept art is always made after the parade has already been designed (or is in the very final design stages)
Sometimes changes may still be made afterwards tho, once the parade gets to the vendor phase if prices end up higher than Disney anticipated

It was noticed by some HKers that the spotlights and castle were fully lit from around 2am till the early morning. Speculating that they are testing the 20th Anniversary version of Momentous.

Must say those spotlights are rather powerful.
I flew out from Hong Kong at night after the park had closed but the spotlights were still on and the effect was very dramatic flying over the park. That said, I was kind of surprised it isn't an issue for pilots as there was a moment I had to look away as it seemed to shine right into my eyes through the window!

Hi, I second this. I live in an area of HK where i can see HKDL. The castle is still lit at like 12

In the first photo, there’s cast dressed in Zootopia costumes. The artistic direction is really cute, though.

Just watched the news and they were talking about HKDL. The board of directors for HKDL and the government were discussing about future expansion plans of the park. Since HKDL has already paid back the load to the government from before, they are reserving the extra money for new expansions (PIXAR-themed entertainment area). Apparently, they discussed how they could increase park capacity with new expansions.

The government also said that the Marvel expansion is a full-scaled themed land that will not only have one thrilling attraction (Spiderman ToT) but also supporting attrations just like WOF.
And they are much more open to discuss the 2nd park expansion although they have no plans now. The land is still available for Disney at this point of time.
