I'm just glad some of the manly dancers from Billy Joel's " Allentown" video got more work

It's actually from the 1988 WDW Very Merry Christmas Parade.....A cut of it posted on a Disnyish Facebook page with the title "The Real Reason Splash Mountain Closed"

I was just trying to figure out what was more problematic…the ride or the choreography…A cut of it posted on a Disnyish Facebook page with the title "The Real Reason Splash Mountain Closed"

I think it was late 80s adults trying to rap...I was just trying to figure out what was more problematic…the ride or the choreography…
Yeah, neither.....I was just trying to figure out what was more problematic…the ride or the choreography…
I think that’s the most amount of audio animatronics working at the same time I’ve ever seen…Woooowww... that brings back memories.
Ahh,, the 80's, what an era. This video does a good job of representing on all sorts of levels.
I can't tell which is most compelling. The dancing pick ax workers? The totally 80s Mickey Jean jacket? Or simply z z z z z z zip zip zip zipWoooowww... that brings back memories.

I do wonder if the parks would be as busy if we didn't have social media.Indeed. The good old days. Pre social media and Twitter Mobs.
And Disney used the "Zippidy-Do-Dah" song ALL OVER THE PLACE! for years and years before they were instructed to be offended by it.
Sure it would…you know what would be different? Guests ACTUALLY looking at the attractions…not face planted in their phones…I do wonder if the parks would be as busy if we didn't have social media.
I think yes. The attendance grew over time naturally, social media not needed.I do wonder if the parks would be as busy if we didn't have social media.

Which is why I miss the early 00's...If we didn't see the Iphone being made in 2007 the smartphone era would haven't been introduced and we wouldn't be dealing with Facebook, Tik Toks and especially MDE and Genie+..Maybe I'm in the minority but I don't think it would be as busy. And if it was busy then it would be with different kinds of crowds. It would be a lot less vloggers in the parks and less people with a sense of FOMO.
