Yeah, us parents are smarter.

I'm always taking things away for various infractions (can anyone say "no computer for 15 weeks" till grades went up? )

Don't think I'd go as far as selling something, though.

Wow! That's really funny. If it weren't for all the stuff that kid did wrong, I'd almost feel bad for him. But I don't, since he needs to pay his parents back for everything in this instance. What an idiot.

Ok, who else is concerned that while the 13 year old kid is lieing, stealing and letting unknown friends into the house he is also stealing alchol? (reallly expesnive stuff.) It sounds like the mom is more concenred with the price then what he was actually taking. Hope he was grounded too.

Sounds like they all need some help.

Sorry but am I the only one who thinks this parent is acting more like a child than the actual child? This seems like a "you broke my stuff, so I'm going to break your stuff too" scenerio.... As for "us parents are smarter than you" crap, get real! There's so much my parents don't know about me! haha...:drevil:

I quoted the "us parents..." line because it should be "we parents are smarter." There is much more going on in that house than we a privy to.

thats sure true
the grammar in that whole listing was awful
i think parents need to stop being afraid to really punish their kids when they do something bad, and this kid sounds like he's headed straight for juvie...or maybe real prison someday.
he needs new friends
