HHN takedown

When do they start taking down the HHN stuff, like bringing the machines, etc?
What happens to the sets afterwards?

Wow, that's a good question... I mean, those sets are so detailed.

They start taking everything down immediately. Before everyone has even left the park on the last night (I've been there to witness this.) The houses are demolished, although they'll keep many props for later use. Quite a few things used at this year's event were recycled from previous years.

I have witnessed it too....amazing how quick they can take it down.
