Really having trouble picturing this as an entire house. Most of the film takes place in a single room, with the only threat tied to a bed...

With that being said, my younger self is thankful they waited so long to use this theme, so I can go through it voluntarily instead of being dragged kicking and screaming. :cautious:

Its all in how it is done.

In my mind we could even open with a dessert type scene with a facade. Representing the dig site in the film with the statue seen here http://www.xymox1.com/Misc/Gorillaz4.jpg peering down at you. Then you find yourself going through or under it and now you stand at darker night in front of the residence from the film. Much like the iconic poster you stand before its stairs, about to go in on a misty foggy night, the Tubular Bell score playing as screams come from inside.

As we are inside we get scares from the moments of the film(such as Regean contorting herself) and some good jump scares from other moments represented. (smell of urine)

Seemingly subliminal Captain Howdy imagery.

Then, in the bedroom we have the famous head twisting scene and we exit with walls, mattress cloth covered in vomit. These turn from mostly bedhseets and erosion cloth. Now we see Captain Howdy, appearing in the darkness from all sides as we try and make our way out. We are surrounded and the evil force is trying to have our soul possessed.
