Help with Transportation to and from All Stars Music

Hi everyone! I will be staying at ASM from December 28th to January 6th and I will be using Disney Transportation. I really don't want to rent a car. Are there any options you can recommend besides a taxi for transportation to and from:

1. Florida Mall
2. I Drive 360
3. Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure
