Hi,

I'm going to be able to start calling to make my PS seatings soon. If anyone could help me, I would really appreciate it.

I'm not sure if each place accepts PS or not, or if it can be charge back to the room (staying at BWV) and if not acceptable to charge back to room are Disney Reward $$ acceptable form of payment?

Here are the list of places I have choosen:

Garden Grove @Swan Bkft only
Gulliver's @Swan Dinner
Planet Hollywood early Dinner
Fresh@Dolphin Bkft only
Spoodles @ Bdwlk Bkft only
Big River Grill @Bdwlk Dinner
ESPN @ Bdwlk Dinner

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank in Advance

Are you talking about the cost of the PS ? There is no charge for making the PS . Call 407-WDW-Dine. It's a central reservations line and you can make all PS then as long as there are none that are more than 60 days out, I believe. If you have some PS you are trying to make that are more than 60 days away you will be asked to call back when you are in that time frame. Remember that a PS is not a "reservation". You will be seated at the next available table for your party size at the time of your PS, or as close as possible to that time. You will be taken ahead of walkins.

I'm not sure if PS can be made through Disney for Planet Hollywood. I remember reading somewhere that it has to be made through them, and not Disney. I maybe wrong. If somebody knows the answer for sure, please post it.

I read somewhere I think in Unofficial Guide to WDW by Bob Sehlinger that you can't make PS for Downtown Disney. Maybe someone else can confirm or deny that.

PS is available at all full-service WDW restaurants including Planet Hollywood, Downtown Disney, Swan and Dolphin. In other words, if they use real silverware and not plastic you can get PS. Call the number that was given above. Be prepared with your list to help the CM as much as possible.

You cannot charge back to your room at the Swan or Dolphin. I doubt Disney Rewards are acceptable as I believe they are only acceptable at a Disney owned resort. The Swan and Dolphin are not Disney owned resorts.

Well, she can charge the Swan/Dolphin meals to her room, just not at the rest of the Resort.

If you go to the dinning page of www.allearsnet.com down at the bottom is a ps spread sheet. You can fill in your dates and when you have finished for all your ps's, at the bottom is a button (don't rember what it says??) and it will give you a printable form personalized with your choices. It tells you what day you can start to make ps's and leaves a blanks for times and conf. #'s.

Also if you do not find a restaurant on the list most likely it does not take Ps. That is how I found out that Big River does not take Ps.

If she is staying at the Swalphin she can charge her meals back to her Swalphin room , however, she cannot charge her meals back to her room if she is dining at a Disney restaurant. If she is staying at a Disney resort she can charge her meals back to her room from anywhere BUT the Swalphin.
Wish we knew where the OP is staying. Makes it a bit easier. :)

She stated that she was staying at BWV (Boardwalk Villas?).

Priority seatings can be made 90 days out. I found that out the hard way when I tried to make priority seating for Cinderellas 60 days before my most recent trip which was last week. It used to be 60 days last year, but as of this past May, it was 90 days. My next trip is in 102 days so I'll find out for sure in 12 days when I make another attempt to get a seating at Cinderellas.

The majority of PS seating can be made 90 days ahead. They changed this in August of 2003. I got PS that year because most people did not know of the change. There are a few exceptions to the 90 days that are posted on the www.disneyworld.com site. Cinderella's Royal Table does require a deposit of $10 for adults and $5 for children payable at the time of booking PS and then deducted at the time of the meal. Also Cinderella's Royal Table is extremely hard to get. You have to call exactly 90 days out and begin calling right before 7:00 AM EST. I tried for three mornings before I got one. By 5 minutes after 7:00 AM EST, all reservations for Cindy's are gone.

All the other PS I made were not as complicated and I could make them 90 days in advance.

The deposit is for the breakfast only. I made a ps for dinner and did not need to give them a deposit.

Thank you all for your replies with the web sites and your replies I can now call to make my PS within the next week or so. Calling usually starts the excitement once I hear the Disney music while on hold I get really into it, yet I still have 99 days to go, it's never to early to get excited.

Thanks again
