Help with friends and family lists

Kind of long, sorry. I need some help figuring out an issue with “my Disney experience” profile and my friends and family list. My husband and I share the same account and have done so for 5+ years. He is the main person on the account. My kids and I are entered as family and all our plans, passes, etc. are managed through him. I do not have an independent account. Since generally we go to Disney as a family, this has never been a problem. However I’m going to Disney alone with my brother in Jan. The problem we’ve discovered is that even though my husband “shares” his list, my brother can’t see it on his account. Even weirder, I am able to create a fast pass for the two of us from our account (since he is a friend), but when he looks at it in his account, it only shows 1 guest (him), whereas I see 2 (him and me). How do I fix this situation so that my brother can do some fast pass planning for me?

I think you'll need to phone tech support. You need to split up your husband's account into separate accounts.

It is the fastest and easiest way to get this done for sure though. I have had great experiences with the My Disney Experience support people, so I am sure this will go well for you!! Marie
