We are doing 2 days MK, 1 day Epcot, 1 day HS. Two girls, 6&2. The 6 year old won't do any rides besides dumbo, tea cups, small world etc

How should we apportion our fast passes at these parks?!

Based on the info you provided...I'd say Peter Pan, and maybe Pooh. If you don't have other things to use it on...Meet & Greets...Mickey, Tink, Princess Fairytale Hall? You could always get FP for fireworks and stuff too.

My kids (6 yr old boy, 4 yr old girl) like thrill rides, so we use them for the long waits - Splash Mountain, Seven Dwarfs, BTMRR.

What time of year are you going?

For the lower key rides your kids might like, these rides can have long waits on busy days:

MK - Buzz Lightyear, Dumbo, it's a small world, Mad Tea Party, Winnie the Pooh, Peter Pan, Little Mermaid (you really need a FP for Peter Pan)

EPCOT - Spaceship Earth, Nemo, Frozen (duh, you need an FP for Frozen)

If you want to ride the thrill rides, consider booking fast passes for those as the wait times can be considerably longer than attractions like its a small world. Then you can get those attractions in without the girls having to wait for you too long. ALso if they have a single rider option for some of the larger rides use that to get in and out quickly without a fast pass so the children dont have to wait long.

It also depends on how you are planning your day as to what fast passes you might want. If you will definately without a doubt arrive before rope drop you can get in a lot of attractions that are long lines once 11:30 or noon hits. Or if you will be there late night extra magic hours for sure, the kiddie type rides like dumbo will have pretty much no line at all.
