Help with arrival/depareture in About Me!

Ok when I type them in this is what I get:

You did not enter the correct format for the Next Visit to WDW (Arriving) field. Please read the field description for the expected format.

This is what I type:

Arrival Date-11/21/09

This is the format:

(Arrival Date - mm/dd/yyyy)

Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?
