Help! VCR ate my tape!

:brick: I was supposed to tape the Christmas Day Parade for my little niece, everything was okay, she was all happy to get a copy (the show was great by the way!). Until I rewinded the tape to give it to her. Near the end, we heard a very loud squeaking sound... which freaked me out, so I stopped it immediately. Unfortunately, my VCR ate the tape, litteraly! When it came out, it was a whole tape ribbony merry confusion... a brand new VCR I got only 2 months ago! grrr.rr..... :dazzle: Anyway, my niece has been crying all day, she wanted to keep that parade forever. Said watching it would make her forget how much she misses WDW! Didn't know what to say.. :hammer: :slurp:

It's not that big a deal, but I was wondering if ANYBODY taped the show... and be kind enough to consider making a copy for me?? I really want my niece to have it, and I'd be soooo grateful.. Because I felt really bad this afternoon. Who can help me?

Did this thing include the Maria Carey performance? I have a CM friend that was invloved in the taping and would like to see it. If so, will any of the #Disney-Central gang be making it available?

I find it weird that you can find "Sabrina The Teenage Witch at Disney" on disney-central, but not any of the WDW Christmas Day Parades. Parades are pure Disney! I hope we'll find that on the channel someday.

I taped the Christmas Prade 2004 on My Dish DVR and now have it Burnt to DVD If anyone would like a copy of it PM me and Ill give you my address where you can send either a vcr tape or blank dvd..........no cost

Badnitrus you are gonna hate me, but my little nephew wanted to watch the parade yesterday, and took it upon himself to put the tape into the VCR, well he ended up destroying the tape . I am so sorry.

I live in Scotland so there was no way I could watch it. Wish The Disney Channel here would have shown the parade. Even on Boxing Day or something. Anyway, are there any clips of the show on the internet or anything? Had a look but found nothing. Thanks.
