My husband works to TCM and we were treated very kindly by two DHS employees on our most recent visit. We would like to send them a small Gift of appreciation. Is there a way to send it? Also, does anyone have last name and title of Mary K?

Any help would be appreciated.

Is anyone able to help me here? I would really love to send them a small gift for their help. I have the Great Movie Ride employees name. Mary K something is the one who made the arrangements for us. She works at DHS but doesnt work on a ride. Maybe a Guest Relations manager or something? Thanks!

Thanks. They gave me the general Disney Mail Box. I still don't have Mary's last name so I don't think it would get to her. She doesn't work at an attraction. But perhaps Melissa can get it to her. Just trying to do something nice for two wonderful cast members but its seems to be a challenge at this point. I thought for sure someone on here would know who Mary was.

Here is Disney Customer Service.

Maybe they can help.

They gave you an address or a place to leave a phone message? I would have thought they'd get you some way to communicate with one of their managers. Sometimes companies are weird about gifts to employees from guests/clients/customers.

Whenever I have wanted cast members recognized, I have written an e-mail to "guest.services@disneyworld.com". (Notice the period between "guest" and "services".) I've always gotten a reply back, although the reply is definitely from a form letter they use for such occasions. They have added little personal touches so it's not all pre-written paragraphs--for example, I mentioned in one that a cast member had done an imitation of my fave character, Iago, and in the e-mail I got back, they added "I like Iago, too. He is such a silly bird!" Tell them all you can about the cast members you wish to praise and reward, so that they will be able to find them and make sure they get praised. Tell them about your wish to give gifts to them. They may or may not allow it, but I am sure in the reply they will at least let you know. Oh, the reply may take several days. This site WDW Magic may not be much help--it's mostly a fan site for Disney theme park news and discussion. It is not affiliated with Disney the company itself. Hope you find what you are looking for!

Like the above poster said, email the address you were given with the CMs name, work location when you encountered them, and if possible the time and date. They'll be able to figure out the CMs identity at that point. I don't know about the gift part, but your words of thanks will definitely make it to them and end up in their file. I've done this several times.

As Cast Members, we are not allowed to accept gifts from Guests. However if you would like to leave a comment in regards to great guest service you encountered you can email "guest.services@disneyworld.com" and include as much information as possible. These letters do get forwarded to the appropriate people so the Cast Member can be recognized.

I tried to tip one that was especially helpful at GF this past December and he said he wasn't allowed to accept tips. I wish I'd known about sending the email at that time. Now, unfortunately, I can't remember his name.
