Help Planning a date!

Alright, I have a date question. I have a friend that use to live in California with me. We feel in love and them she had to move to Florida. I am finally flying out to Florida in September, and want to take her on a great date. Dinner is already planned for Portobello Yacht Club, Does anyone else have any advice on what we should do the rest of the evening?
