I have read that the first three weeks of December have low crowds. Do you guys think the park will be crowded Dec. 18 & 19?

I'm not real sure on crowds during the month of december(only been there a couple times then). you could probably find something about that at allearsnet.com. then click on planning at the top and then click on[/B]Attendance under when to go. That should tell you something about that time. Have fun and welcome to the boards.

I was at the Magic Kingdom today at 2pm-ish. The longest line I saw was for Splash (40 minutes). Ten days might make a difference though.
Usually the first two weeks of December are sluggish, but after the busy hurricane season anything is possible. I was shocked by the amount of crowds this fall due to so many people rescheduling their WDW vacation. Just keep in mind that the closer it is to the holidays and if kids aren't in school, the more crowds there are. Operating Hours also point out expected crowds... though you have to take into consideration special events that might be occuring in the parks (Night of Joy, MVMCP, MNSSH, etc).

The lead up to Christmas is quite busy (early December is quietest) and I'm afraid that on the last weekend before Christmas you will encounter crowds

Feb 18 & 19 are at the end of Daytona Week... which made for a nice 45 minute wait for Pirates. Some birthday present....

Thanks everyone...i'm so confused..dont know if i should go on the 18th or not...maybe its best to wait til after new years..but then I will miss the xmas decorations...I just dont know what to do...:brick:
