Ok, we're heading to WDW on Wednesday and my grandfather was going to take care of our dog, but plans have changed. We are going to have to take her with us and leave her in one of their kennels. Can someone who has had experience with this give me some insight into the workings of these kennels. The guy I talked to was kind of vague. I want to know if you guys can be more specific and helpful, which you usually are

1) The guy told me it was first come first serve. We are going to arrive at night, and try to make it before the parks close. Will we be able to find an opening at that time?
2) Can you describe the cages for me? My dog is half poodle half pomeranian so she doesn't take up too much space.
3)Can I bring my dog's bed and whatever it takes to make her feel at home? Can I bring her food and treats too?
4)Besides having to walk her everyday she's there and bringing her paperwork, what else should I know?
