Help! My husband doesn't like EPCOT

I need your help....Every year we go to Epcot and my husband leaves not won over :( it makes me sad because it is such a wonderful park.
Granted it is August when we visit and we are pushing a double stroller... But we always enjoy food and drink in Mexico, France and England. He is a vegetarian and there are a lot of wonderful options.
We have experienced most of the attractions (Soarin, the land, test track, space ship earth, mission space)
What am I missing? What would you do?

Can't offer any help here. My wife and I think Epcot is the best theme park in all the world. We love it and never miss Epcot on any trip. Sometimes we might not make it to MK, DHS or AK, but we always go to Epcot, especially during the Flower and Garden Festival.
You listed some of the main rides, but to us, that is only a small part of Epcot. The shows, movies, restaurants, and shops in all the countries keep us busy for days.
Have you seen the Jammitors, Off Kilter, British Invasion, Mo' Rocking, Japanese Drummers, and many more? How about the American Experience or Flower Power concerts?
Again, can't understand how he could not love it, but everyone is different.
For us, as the name implies Epcot is best.
Great suggestions for shows! I think that is a perfect idea he can sit, rest, and enjoy!

Should have done a better job screening before you said "I do".

Best thing to show off EPCOT's attributes is without the kids. It is still my wife and I's favorite park, but it's not nearly as enjoyable with the little ones. A late night stroll around World Showcase, drink in hand... it's heaven.

The trick is not to make it about the attractions. Sure, they're nice... but EPCOT is the most visceral of all the parks. Move around slowly and leisurely, take in the sights, sounds, and smells, and just relax. It can be so dang romantic!
Very good advice perhaps we need to just slow down and take it all in!!!

Epcot and Hollywood Studios are my LEAST favorite park with Epcot winning 3rd, just barely.

Everytime we go it's hot, and our feet are killin us. lol. I've only ever ridden 3 of their rides (Mission Space, Nemo and Friends, and the water ride in Mexico). There is just too much open space between everything. Beautiful park, but it's not my thing.

I promise... take him on a late-night stroll through world showcase.. drink in one hand, yours in the other... it's magic.

EPCOT is so different than the other parks. You can't attack them Magic Kingdom style. The space between the attractions is just as important as the attractions themselves.

We need time for things to happen.

Take your man, leave the kids with a sitter, and enjoy an evening at EPCOT Center. I think your mind might change.

I have to agree with @PREMiERdrum ... we love Epcot, but like it a lot more without the kids. We are big fans of drinking and snacking around the WS (since we're not big shoppers ). Still, it's also becoming one of those parks that we're starting to love with the kids b/c as the kids get older...they begin enjoying more of the finer details and educational aspects as they mature. I'm not sure if you guys hop, but if this is the case...maybe you could blend your Epcot days with other parks so he's getting Epcot in smaller doses mixed with things he does enjoy.
That's a good idea maybe just smaller doses!!!
