I did anything Steve said to do but then it says "Error..make sure its a jpg file or something like that. What is it and how can you tell?

Hi!

Are you talking about an Avatar or posting an attachment in the photo board?

If you are talking about an avatar, it has to be in either a JPG or GIF format. The file will be called "something.gif" or "something.jpg" - where "something" is the name of your file.

You can check the filename by looking in MYCOMPUTER or Windows Explorer.
