If you havent already contacted Kingdom Konsultants I would recommend looking into the Cabins. A bit farther away then the other Disney resorts but TONS of space for children and parents. And unless you REALLY have you heart set on the Park Hopper passes I would say thats a great way to cut some $$ off you tickets. When you only have a a weekend the park hopper is great. But with 5 days and young children the park hopper is almost a waste. Use the extra magic hours and then visit the remaining parks on off days. We took our boys (13yr,4yr,3yr) last year and really found that one park a day was all they could handle. Also the meal plans are a good way to "budget" for food, not the most cost effective but when is already included in you ticket price its one less thing to worry about.

Not sure you will be able to keep it under $2000 but it can be done if you are willing to give and take on things! We are booked for the 3/21-3/28 at All Star Music, no park hopper, WITH meal plan and it was under $1,900
