We are heading to WDW next week and I have no idea how to pack. Do I need shorts, pants, sweatshirts??? Any suggestions?

Thanks for your help.

It depends on where you are from, regarding heat/cold tolerance. It's really still shorts weather in Florida if you are from "up North". I would suggest bringing a few items for cooler weather just in case the AC gets to you in some buildings.

Check these long-term forecasts to determine your needs.

Agreed. These questions all depend on where you are from, which the OP isn't displaying. I know in the weather next week I'd probably be very hot because I've only ever lived in cool climates my whole life, so I'd bring shorts and t-shirts. (Maybe I'd bring one sweatshirt just in case, but I doubt I'd wear it.)

Answer is always "it depends."

Very good advice. I am from Miami, so we will bring up sweaters especially for the kids. Weather.com will give you averages for the days you are going. It tends to average 59 in the morning and 78 in the afternoon. If you are from Minnesota this might even be pool weather for you. When I've traveled this time of year in the past, most people are in still in shorts. Just peak at the forecast a few days prior to your departure. Sometimes we will get a strong cold front and it can get unseasonably cool. The most important thing to bring is comfortable sneakers. Don't bring a new pair, bring the comfortable, broken in pair because you will be doing alot o walking.

It's November, be prepared for both, sun and rain. Don't forget ponchos or other outfits for rainy days. We had 2 days with 48 hours of continiously torrential downpours in October and with the appropriate outfit we could still tour the parks without being drenched and getting wet feet.

You came right at the end of the rainy season. I'm a native Floridian. Usually about mid October sometimes late October marks the end of the rainy season. The humidity drops and it rains alot less. When you came and prior to that it was the time of year when you get those afternoon thunderstorms that just pop out of no where. You also get that period of several days where the rain just doesn't stop. Once we get into November, while you can have rainy days, they are less frequent. The temp. drops and it is very comfortable. The best advice is to check the weather for Disney a few prior to arrival and see what the forecast calls for. We can get some strong cold fronts by mid November and we can have some very cool mornings so do check the forecast prior to coming. The best advice is to pack comfortable shoes. Don't bring a new pair, bring the ones that are broken in because you will do alot of walking.

I've been during this time of year and the weather is great. Nice and warm during the day. You might need a light coat or hoody/sweatshirt at night if yo u get cold easily.

Usually looking at a weather report helps. Or looking at pictures of people from any of the thousands of trip reports. It's central Florida in November, it'll probably be warm/hot some days, cool at night.
