From what I have experienced, the deluxe resorts have some of the worst bus service on property. Pretty much all of them share bus routes with other resorts and running the loop to pick everyone up can seem to take forever.

If you needed you could take a bus from PO to the Boardwalk in order to get to Epcot. Someone may have already suggested that I only skimmed through the posts, but entering from World Showcase always takes me significantly less time than entering through the main entrance.
There are no direct resort to resort busses. Using the international gateway entrance would involve taking a bus to DHS and then walking from there to the entrance.

Busing in my opinon is beter at the mods. Many stops at the resorts, where as the deluxe resorts have One stop for everyone to wait, and they don't send enough of them. But deluxes have boats and monorails, just not to DHS OR AK. So that is why the busing is worse.
