Help!- 20k sea weed

Ok, so I just bought this sea weed on eBay from the 20k ride for $30, then I read through the description once more and I realized that it said it WAS going to be used for the 95 refurb. Should I cancel the order or do you think that it is still worth something even though it hasn't been used?

It wouldn't have any significance to me, since it was never actually used as part of the ride.

You can only possess this legally in Colorado or Washington if you're buying it for recreational purposes.

Well, look at it this way...
Since it was never used, you just scored yourself a *mint condition* piece of 20K seaweed instead of the usual *well used* piece of chlorinated and faded 20K seaweed.

You will need to decide which of the two you would rather have.
