The grilled Mahi Mahi at the Coral Reef back in 2008. The sauce they put on it was delicious. Unfortunately, they changed the menu, while the Mahi Mahi is still delicious, the sauce is different and not as good in my opinion.

Liberty Tree Tavern. First time I went to Disney, this was the first restaurant I ate at. Who knew you could celebrate Thanksgiving on a 90 degree day in August in Florida? I was so overwhelmed with everything, it was truly so good and the whole "immersion" began right away. Since that trip when I was 17 I've been hooked on Disney. The mashed potatoes and mac and cheese helped. :)

Tonga toast. I don't know if it was called that back then, but I believe it was 91-92, and it was the first time back to WDW for me as an adult.
I took my wife (then girlfriend) for her first trip ever. I had read up on all the foods, and I remember the stuffed french toast was a "must do" in some guide then.

I remember my wife had steak and eggs and there was delicious fresh fruit at the table...that was a great meal all the way around.

Roasted Garlic - at Portabellos - that was the first time I ever had anything like that (Surprising growing up in a full-on guinea household) they served the whole head with the top cut off, you just squeezed it right onto the fresh bread and spread it...hmmmm...delicious.
