Trip Report HELLO DORIAN pluses by two more visits to the Coronado, we should have stock in United Airlines

As I predicted the wall would come down in Toy Story to Poke you directly in and out of both lands. Helped!!!

There was the umbrella queue set up to leave Toy and enter the vertual
Star War Queue but was not necessary. It really isn’t crowded. We walked through The StarWars land It’s style of imagineering is very similar to both FoP and the load zone for the elevators in ToT with a touch of load zone of Dinosaur

My other kids vacation starts Monday we will wait on his arrival to explore

That entrance reminds me of the one by the Hungry Bear restaurant in Disneyland.

It had briefly rained during flag retreat and they were so active

We had not seen the retreat in a while and it is very moving. The Vet was very stoic.

It looks like fall now in the MK

We rode many attractions between 7 and 10 pm as they mostly came back online

There was tons of room to see fireworks and castle show This was the only cluster of humans all waiting on Thunder or Splash to come up and Thunder did and we had a FP

The only other clusters we saw was in front of Mexico in Epcot, they messed up that traffic flow over the last few years and the other being the bus queue for our resort last night leaving MK. Crazy.

But we enjoyed our leisurely evening as these are our 3 bonus days given our plans months ago our trip was to begin on Labor Day.

Our Brazilian family from h*ll behind is in queue and and behind us on boat. My DD told me to take my backpack off as she observes the son, man and woman ‘touching it’ not brushing Oy on Boat the woman kept poking my back and giggling. The seat has a slit in the seat to make it easier to grip exiting and loading. She kept it up I finally turned around and told her to knock it off and then she sat back into her seat as she was sitting on the edge to facilitate the poking. This was a Mom not some young teen.

I do not the bright blue and red on the hub side of Tomorrowland it is intense and can be seen brightly from Liberty Square. Mixing of the Lands.

Sunday Day #3

Disney is currently stating they are out of stock of AP Simba magnets and will NOT be getting more. I don’t necessarily believe them. We were the last twenty let in line. Got ours. There was mutiny happening.

My DD started at the Studios and rode Mani 3x in a row no wait. Breakfast and Sully & Mike meet and greet. Out by 10 am and on boat to Epcot to meet up with me.

Epcot Sunday

Wish Disney would install more of these sun screens. They really help.

It is now home to F&W Chocolates. Samples this year but very dark bitter. Not going to encourage newbies to purchase their brand.

And where I waited in Land for DD to arrive from Studios.

First up FP for Soarin.

My favorite scene Sadly scents were not working in Theater B but we were seated in Bay B top!

I managed to snag a photo of hidden Mickey Balloon. Briefly the Balloons overlap and form a Hidden Mickey then part away again.

And onto the Land.

While the screen was clearer I wouldn’t have noted the updated verbiage

They moved the Vine Mickey and currently is making Mickey naked

They changed the two end corners departing the plant area

They also removed the research desks and their names. No more @Monty name plate.

And the final scene as you exit the tunnel with people from all around the world they added a second screen making it difficult to see images I’m sure there is a reason

Nemo keeps deteriorating. This scene makes my DD queasy.

And in the final scene the tank with the real fish we could only spy one!!! What?

Then onto Crush. It was an extremely good show today. Lots of Belly Laughs. Good Crowd. Great commentary from the kids.

All of the new cars down on ground level outside Test Tracks in the outside portion of the track are gone. Empty. One of the few Hurricane prep we have seen unlike during our trip for Hurricane Irma

NOTE. Much of the scaffolding has been taken down in Hurricane/High Winds precaution. They had taken down scaffolding around Baseline during Irma

Animal Kingdom Sunday afternoon

It had
Poured about 20 minutes while on bus to AK from Epcot. What a great Safari.

Not a bad driver but I’m betting a Theater Major. Lots of voice inflections an oddly deliberate pronounced syllables. She was kinda funny but it became grating by the end.

There were about 5 baby Giraffes hanging out together. Cute. The Rhinos and elephants we rolling in the puddles mud holes. All of the animals minus the cheetah at the end seemed to be happy Wet.

When we bolted AK after Dinosaur we headed to POR that didn’t make it to Coronado and then we ferried to Springs for Dinner
