I heard the full show audio for Remember...Dreams Come True. If all stays the same, it's going to be a pretty cool show.
The only thing I was a little bummed out by is the entire beginning of the show is a DIRECT lift from Wishes. It starts out the same as Wishes, with the little girl singing:
"Wishes, dream a dream
Wishes, set it free
Wishes, trust your heart
Just believe", Chorus lines too.The only difference being Julie Andrews Narrorating where Jiminy and the Blue Fairy would be. After she introduces the show, it even goes on to have Aladdin, Peter Pan, Pinnochio, Snow White, and Cinderella wishing (as it has during Wishes.)
After that, a new musical track plays and has Walt giving his opening day speech (Disneyland is your land...). From there is where it gets fun:
It starts off with Main Street: Main Street Railroad, MSEP soundbytes, and a main musical score.
From there it goes around to different lands. The Haunted Mansion segment was my favorite. The way they mixed the ballroom music is really something.
The last land is Tomorrowland, with Star Tours, Adventure Into Inner Space, and a few other soundbytes.
I really like the montage of different attractions and different lands, but alot of it is just soundbytes, no background music. It should be interesting to see how the fireworks are displayed when just the soundbytes are going off.
So after we get through all the attractions, our favorite little Wishes girl (with her opera woman chorus) comes back with the EXACT ending as in WDW's Wishes
"Make a wish
(women screaming) * wishes*
Dream a dream
(women screaming) * wishes*
Trust your heart
(women screaming) * wishes*
And your wish will come true"
And where Jiminy says "See What a little Wishing can do?" during WDW's Wishes, Julie comes back on and says "Remember...Dreams Come True".
"Remember When" from Leanne Rhymes is played after the show.
So, I'm not going to make a final judgement on the show until it finally opens and I can see if things stay, and sound the same. I will say that I will most likely still favor the Wishes soundtrack, since it has more music that will be stuck in your head all night.
