Having trouble with avatar.

I'm trying to upload my avatar and it's telling me the image is too large.

At first guess your avatar is in portrait format - Taller than it is wide. It may be that the new avatar format is wider that it is tall. So whilst the dimensions of yours are correct they have to be in landscape format - no taller than 120 and no wider that 160.
