Having trouble booking Kouzzina??

I was just wondering if anyone else is having trouble booking Kouzzina? I tried to get it on our 90 day mark and they could not pull it up at all. They told me to call back closer to the exact 90 day mark for that ressie because it may be one of the places that did not allow the 90 + 10. Called back today and they could pull it up but there was nothing for any of the days of our trip which the agent I talked to did not think was right. I know it is new and will be popular just because of that but I had no trouble getting any of the other places we wanted to eat. Do you guys think it is just a glitch in the system because it is new??

New restaurants usually don't accept reservations for the first few months of operations. They also take some time before they accept DDP or TiW.

When my 90 + 10 days came up I tried to reserve this and they couldn't find it. When I rang a few days later to book the Keys to the Kingdom tour, the cast member asked if I would like any dining reservations. I tried again and was successful!

I think it is very hit and miss, depending on the knowledge of the cast member you have on the phone. They are definately accepting reservations.

Kouzzina is the exception to that rule (shocked me too) as they began accepting the DDP and ADR's right out of the gate.

To the OP.....Kouzzina is a becoming very popular place and they might be deliberately restricting the number of ADR's to avoid any issues associated with a new restaurant. The theory of a system glitch is also a distinct possibility. I would make and ADR for another restaurant and keep trying for Kouzzina. If at all possible make it at one close by and try for a walk up at Kouzzina.

The first CM that I spoke to could not pull it up but did say it accepted the DDP so that is a good thing, if I could get an ADR!! :ROFLOL:

Well, they have had me put on hold both times to check with a supervisor, the first time they had no idea why it would not pull it up. Maybe I will get it eventually. Glad that you were able to score an ADR.

I figured it would be especially since it is new but she didn't think it should be booked solid for any of the 10 days of our trip. I did go ahead and book at Cape May Cafe on that day just in case, when I booked my other ressies. I have never been to the Boardwalk before. Is Cape May decently close? I guess I will just keep trying back because we would really like to go there- we love Cat Cora!

They are relatively close together. Maybe a ten minute walk max.

Okay, that's great then but hopefully I can get in before last minute. I would hate to cancel the other ADR last minute. I guess I will just keep calling back everyday and worst case scenario try while we are there.
