Having issues with booking

so I'm trying to book our park reservationa, I click on this

Then I click make make park reservations.

then I'm adding my family members and nothing happens. Or if I click the back arrow nothing also happens. What am I doing wrong?

Do you think that the website could be any harder to use? Disney's MDE web site was never this hard to use. The younger generation who are programing this have to remember that us older folk didn't have computers in school.
