It may be because we are DVC members and we have acces to our reservations online...I know for a fact the trip we booked for this October we only received an email of our booking.

I am DVC member too. Maybe I am imagining things, but I am pretty sure I got a confirmation statement.

Was it an email or in the mail?

I am pretty sure I got one in the mail. Maybe it was becaue I made changes to the reservations, and when I made changes is triggered a hard copy? Or maybe I am just going insane and didn't get a hard copy. Who knows?

We just had 3 bookings at DLR using DVC. 2 were points for rooms, those we got letters in the mail for. However, our booking for GCV I don't recall getting anything in the mail, just confirmed on the website.
