Have you seen the new Disney World Commercial?

I was just watching TV and a Disney World commercial came on during the break, and I really liked it! Recently the new commercials haven't seemed appealing to me, but this one really showed how much new stuff there is to do! Comment what you think!

LOL!:D Duo Dumbos. BOG restaurant/New FL. Brave - Merida Meet n Greet ( although that was last summer I believe). Promotion for the new Monsters University movie! New Test Track ;)
"Been there. Haven't done that." I like that phrase, especially if you haven't been to WDW in a while.:D

"Been there. Haven't done that." I kind of like the commercial. But I'm saying "Goin there, gonna do all of that.":D:D September's just a few flips of the calendar page away for meeee.

I liked it too...nice to see nods to the other parks,(and dining) but it still seemed very MK-centric.
I see nothing wrong with it being very MK-centric. There are MANY people out there who still refer to MK as "Disney World" and think that is all that's there. Grab their attention with MK then let them discover everything else on their own.

Apparently the video is not for Canadians...or at least this one. I can't watch it because it says it's "private". Probably has some US only promotions in it. :(

There are two commercials like this that are very similar, just flopping out a few attractions, it plays as a commercial very nicely. Yet the message bugs me. They speak to all the new things to do. So are they targeting the guests that haven't been there in 10-15 years cause I look at that commercial and the vast majority of attractions are not new or even close. LMA, new? I was hoping it was on its way out. DiVine is so cool, but new? The carousel, Dumbo, Gorilla, who are they kidding, so not new.

I do giggle that even Disney only lightly touches on FLE, mostly the dining. Don't you just wonder what Uni's reaction is to these commercials as Disney speaks of all the new stuff? I'm thinking its like you want to see actual new stuff come to Uni. Can't wait for Uni's commercials in 2014.

I liked the vibe of the commercial overall. But it's definitely targeting people who haven't been there in 20 years, maybe since they were kids themselves. I suspect that is the market that Disney is always trying to target, not repeat customers. Honestly, I get the feeling Disney really doesn't care if people come back or not, they just want everyone in America (and the rest of the world lol) to take their kids there at least once...IMO :)

Disney is not as interested in the people that were just there. Chances are, they're regulars - or having just been there, won't be back for a while. They're going after pretty much everyone else.

As for the commercial itself, it's cool I guess. But I don't need a commercial to get me to WDW. ;)

Well, the concept is nice with the whole, "Been there, haven't done that" idea. But personally, I don't need a commercial to convince me to go to WDW though others may disagree.

I like how it plays off the tagline they used maybe 10 years ago..."Been there, Done that, Going Back" I always liked that one, but I think I might like the "Been there, Haven't done that." line even better.

Meh... All it showed was new was a bit of fantasyland and re-imagined test track... Unless the start troopers were supposed to indicate star tours 2.0.
