So far so good, I am listening to the Mama Mia! soundtrack trying to wake up. I went to see "The Duchess" last night and was out too late for a weekday.

How about you? Work going okay today?
Oooo how was that???

It's going ok. Busy!!! It was hard getting up early this morning...got out of the habit

It was so good and the costumes were just amazing, but it was kind of sad. And it was just long enough. I like period movies, but I can't handle 3+ hour ones, so this one was right at 2 hours perfect.

I love period movies also, but I don't mind them long.

Bought the 4th Indy Jones movie a couple of days ago. Kind of Indy Jones meets Close Encounter :lookaroun, but I still really liked it. Good entertainment.

Hi Jenny! I need to see IJ4 again, I saw it at the midnight show. It caught me off guard a little bit.

How are you today?

Eh....don't ask.

Once again I am the stupid mother of an 11 year old that says we just don't understand her. But we have to do everything she asks, when she thinks it should be done, and we never admit we are wrong, yada yada yada. :brick::brick:

See, told you didn't want to know. :animwink:

Vince you look really awesome!

Two more days at work....urgh. And we have no plan for who's doing my stuff when I'm gone. The plan is to bug me at home when they don't know how to handle something!

Hiya Stephie!!! Glad to see you're back home and all married and stuff. :D
Hey Amy

Only 2 more days of work??!! Wow!!!!

Hey Jen...how's everything?

Been meaning to PM you actually, my mom keeps telling me to get Wee Jack's immunizations spread out because of the autism link. Maybe I could get your thoughts on that?

My thoughts are: nothing has been conclusively proven one way or another. Think back to Em getting hers, any reactions, etc? Any family history on either your's or Grant's side of developmental delays of any kind? Strong immune systems? If so, I recommend immunize. Feel out your pediatrician about the schedule, maybe no more than one - two shots at a visit. I do not favor the flu shot, because of the higher levels of the mercury preservative in it. That's about the only one I am dead set against. We are strongly leaning toward Joel getting his three remaining vax's that we had medically exempted prior to kindergarten. The only one that still gives me pause is his 2nd MMR, because I do believe he has gut issues.

Ultimately, I am not opposed to vaccination - just proceed cautiously and do your homework. I do not believe Vaccines CAUSE autism - I do believe that SOME autistic children will react negatively to them. In other words, the genetic predisposition for autism is present, and in a certain percentage of autistic children, I believe vax's do not accomplish their intended purpose. Don't know if this helps, or is more confusing. JMHO.

((HUGS)) She will grow out of it. I did the same thing when I was around her age. Teen-angst I guess.

Hi Amy!

Hopefully they will get a plan so they don't bother you. At my last job everytime I was gone they would call me 100 times over stupid stuff, "Samie, can you tell me how to send a Fed Ex?" "Samie, where are the labels?" "Samie, what I do with that report I showed you a month ago?"
