hello all. I'm in so much pain right now...this is one of the worst endo days I've had in a while... I almost feel like it could even be my appendix burtsting it hurts so bad. I've spent the entire afternoon curled up with a heating pad while Anastasia destroyed the basement because i was in too much pain to play with her.

Make me feel better for neglecting her like that? Please?

I'm scared. tomorrow is my ultrasound. I wasn't worried before, but now I am. I don't know what they'll find...
