Have you ever been on a double ferris wheel?

As a kid I used to go on them at our local fairs every year and then suddenly they disappeared.
A limited amount of them were made to begin with and require tons of maintenance which is why you don't seem much of them anymore.
They were manufactured in Buffalo.
Our big county fair (Erie county fair in WNY which is the largest county fair in the country) brought it back for the first time in 21 years and its likely for this year only.
I rode it twice today. Once with my dad and once with my sister.
It got me thinking... how many people out there have actually been on one?

If you haven't do you think you ever would if you had the chance to?

I did research on this. Apparently, they're very high maintenance and high cost. Carnivals can still get them if they want, but probably don't for that reason. There was a permanent one in operation at Six Flags Great America until 2000.

I rode the one at Six Flags Great America many time as well as at the Wilson county fair in TN a few years back.
