Have you ever been evacuated off of a Disney ride?

Have you ever been instructed to exit a Disney ride vehicle at a place other than the normal area?

Space mountain this last September. We FP it, so luckily we weren't in line long. But we wee like 20 people away from getting on and it broke down, they evacuated everyone and gave everyone a FP for a thrill ride the rest of the day, so we FP splash mountain instead.

last year we broke down on Pirates of Caribbean at the female auction scene for ~ 45 minutes. They never turned off the audio. We listened to "we wants the redhead" and "show 'em your 'arbord side" for the whole time.

We were evacuated from Space Mountain [they turned the lights on and it was seeing the King with no clothes----a very large erector set] and Splash Mountain....both many years ago.

Nope, not once in almost 32 years. Never had a ride stop for longer then 3 minutes at all. Some I wanted to stop but didn't. I would pay extra to have Spaceship Earth stop right when I got to the top looking at the earth from space. I could look at that all day. But, no, the darn thing just keeps working. I have no luck at all.;)

Haunted Mansion, we were at the end of the hallway heading to the library when it stopped. Waited for about 10 minutes then the lights came on and we all exited the attraction back toward the front. I wondered what the people near the ballroom, attic or graveyard did? I was thinking there has to be some sort of "breaking point" where these guests exit this way and others exit that way.

That would have been sweet to have to exit with the lights on.

My senior year on Thunder Mountain, we were going up a hill almost to the top where it goes down, and it stopped, we waited a while (didn't seem like that long tho, I figured we'd just start moving) but a cast member came and got us, we went down some stairs, under the mountain, they stressed multiple time NO pictures or videos, but it was neat tho to see the workings of the mountain that are hidden underneath :)

Then when I was like 8 my family and I were on splash mountain, (which I feel like gets stuck alllll the time but starts again) one night near closing we were almost to where we could unload, like the first 2 rows were at an exit point but we were still kinda off, not lined up with the exit...but we could exit. We sat for at least 30 min, they kept telling us not to get up, to stay seated even tho we could easily squeeze out, then it started to raining and lightening and my parents just decided that was enough and got us out even tho the cast members were protesting. At 8 I thought we were going to get thrown out of the park and never be allowed back, I was panicking lol

Rock & Roller Coaster at Hollywood Studios during its soft opening way back when (1999 or so?). We were getting ready to go into one of the loops and the ride got stuck. I remember hearing someone say something about a "system dump" which if you work in the I.T. field like me, you pretty much know that's not a good thing. Needless to say, the ride was off-line the rest of the night. I tried it again the following night....much better! Great ride! :)

Last year our first ride on Splash sat at the climb for about 20 minutes...Finally got let out and walked through the laughing place, got a fast pass, pretty cool.

Yep! I've heard this happening to a number of people. You're at that final climb before the big drop and you're stuck there, in a log, with either your friends and family, or complete strangers (who will eventually become your friends). This even happened to me on a few occasions. I guess if you go to Disney and ride the rides, this is bound to happen. Part of the territory, I suppose. ;)

TTA Evac, Pirates Evac (we had too many fat people, like me, and it got stuck at the drop) and a Space Mountain e-stop complete with lights on ride to reset.
