I thought I would take this opportunity to wish Dopey an awesome trip to Disney next week!! Have way too much fun and know you will be missed...

When you get back, we'll have to plan the trip to the Irrigation Show.

Marcia...will you be my surrogate spuddy buddy while Dopey is gone? Maybe you can show me your special potato pancake recipe??

thank you for wishing me well, ariel. i can't wait to go to the irrigation show (oh, and disney too). i know i'll be thinking about it when i'm at the "living with the land" attraction.

save me some potato pancakes and potato cookies and whatever marcia might whip up (whipped potatoes maybe?).
