The print on Demand service will be unavailable for some time starting today. Any prints ordered in the last 3 weeks will be issued refunds. The company doing the Print on Demand Service for Disney basically quit yesterday.
If you PM me I can give you the name and number of who to contact at Disney for a refund if you need one.
I hope they get the system working again, but with a different company. I really hate when a company accepts an order and then 3 weeks later says "sorry. were not going to do that for you"... I was told it could be months before they get it working again. If you go to the park, and they tell you the system is operational, PLEASE don't listen to them right now. All of this has happened in the last couple of days, and while Disney is working hard to find a solution, some cast members may not be fully informed yet!
P.S. If anyone has a 32x40 canvas stretching room portrait they want to sell me... I'd really be interested (the one with all 4 on one canvas)... It was to be the centerpiece of my living room, and with the POD service getting shut down I'm being issued a refund, and SOL for what was going to be an awesome print.
