Kids like it.... It is a money maker.... I work with people who say this is all their kids watch... They watch the DVD over and over... Whether you like it or not, High School Musical is a success, and I don't blame Disney for trying to capitalize on it... of course, how much is too much??? As long as the market supports HSM, there will continue to be sequels, theme park shows, and more and more merchandise......

i really enjoyed it but i like musicals. like people have said it is a hit. high school all across the us are even able to do it in there high schools. i think disney knows how to market. i am curious if this haunted high school muscial will be some some sort of crossover with haunted massion type idea.

So they are still making a High School Musical 2 for Disney Channel AND coming out with this movie on the big screen? Haunted High School Musical could be good if they do it right, I'll wait and see before I pass any judgment. I liked the first one, a bit cheesy, but it was good for a made for TV movie.

ROFLOL and Grease 2 starts all over again. The company wont pony up the money so they have to get 2nd rate actors to play the parts that the former 2nd rate actors played before they became famous and holdouts for more money.
