Has anyone used the spa services at Walt Disney World?

My mother means the world to me and I want to give back to her as she has done for me and my brother. I am thinking of surprising her with a manicure at the spa at the Grand Floridian while we are visiting in Decemeber. I have not found many, if any, articles/blogs/forums on the spa services at WDW. I am just wondering if it would be worth looking further into.

I used the one @ the Beach Club a few trips back and it was quite enjoyable.

My wife has been there a few times and loves it.
