Has anyone stayed at the Regal Sun lately?

That hotel had a deceptive ad running on AOL recently.
It said 'all the amenities of a Disney resort'. Across the street from DTD.
Also, in the fine print it says that they add a 'resort fee' of $15 per night.
It should be OK as a one-night, temporary place to stay before moving to a real WDW resort the next day.
We did something like that one time. I think the Unofficial Guide had suggested it.
We drove and arrived late, like midnight. Checked into a really cheap motel somewhere near WDW and then checked out early the next morning about 7 am to go over to Port Orleans and check in.
Saved a little money for the first night since we only used the room for a few hours sleep and a shower.
Oh - it had a 'complimentary continental breakfast': A Danish in a plastic wrapper, like from a vending machine, and some coffee.
