I work under the Craft Maintenance Council contract at WDW and under that contract people in A dept have to be equalized in over time by the end of the year.
Now it is no secret that disney called a meeting with the union last week to discuss layoffs and having people on 32,36,40 hours in the parks.
but since that meeting last week every supervisor that I know of is pushing to equalize now. I have been with WDW for awhile and I have never seen them worry bout it with over one half the year left to go...
The rumor I got was either this week or next week disney was going to put every one back on 40.
then the week after that they were going to layoff everyone with less then 5 years
what I'm asking is has anyone else heard this? and are they equalizing where you are. no I do not work in the parks so please let me know what park your in "NOT DEPT"
