I saw a boat going along at around 9:05 in the video if that's what you mean? I'm sure there's always some technical glitches with any pyro/technical show.;)

There are. Especially for RoE. It is such a complex performance. Made even more so since it has to be built, linked, run then struck every night. It is made up of many, many parts spread out 1/2 a mile apart, with many parts having no permenant physical connection.

Boats go out virtually every show. They're always on standby for the windows in the show to go out during and then clear from.
