I live in the UK and I am staying in the Swan from April 14 - 24.I am flying from Gatwick to Orlando International Airport on Sunday 14. Because I bought the holiday from Virgin holidays ,I get early entry into Harry Potter world. To get the early entry pass ,you have to see the Virgin rep at downtown Disney ,which I will do on Monday 15.Once I get the early entry pass ,my question is ; how long will I have to use it ,because the ideal day for that would be Wednesday 17.Any info would be highly appreciated !

I'm sure you will be okay. I would imagine that the "pass" is along the lines of a voucher you hand over at the gate whenever you want to use it. Make sure you allow time to get your park tickets if you are picking them up at the gate. The queues are seperate to the main gate queues.

What Nero said. My mom and I bought tickets via a package from a website, and we received a voucher to present to the ticket booth. I would imagine it will be much the same thing for you when you see the rep.

I believe early entry starts at 8 so when you go I'd suggest getting there no later than 730 so you can actually enter the park at 8. That way you can use the full hour to your advantage rather than trying to deal with getting your ticket at the time you want to go in. The HP area is great but always packed. I envy you getting to see it when it may be less crowded.

You'll be fine..

Lines will be ok then anyway as the British kid go back to school on the 8th April.

Enjoy your trip... I too will be there then.

I would advise buying tickets before hand too.... We always buy the Orlando Flex ticket print off the confirmation and pick it up at will call.
