Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts vs Expedition Everest - Legend of the Forbidden Mountain

It’s hard to compare since their style is so different. Gringotts tries to be a dark ride with coaster elements sprinkled in while Everest focuses primarily on being a rollercoaster with not many show scenes but well done theming. I give the edge to Everest since I think Everest’s blend of theming and thrill is done much better than gringotts.

If I'm being honest, Everest is the better attraction, but I still refuse to actually vote for Everest in anything until they fix the yeti. So I'll be abstaining.

Expedition Everest in an overall better, and more exciting ride. JT3000 abstaining is lame. How many years has the Yeti not been working for? Even not being part of the ride, Everest is still the better ride.

An attraction having a broken centerpiece for nearly 20 years is a lot more lame.

An attraction having a broken centerpiece for nearly 20 years is a lot more lame.

It’s lame, but it doesn’t really affect the ride experience enough to warrant it bringing down the whole ride. At least for me

i dont see how this could even be close imo. Gringotts is a major letdown of a ride, beautiful que though

I stopped expecting it to be fixed a long time ago. That doesn't mean it shouldn't be.

I disagree. The entire ride (and even the queue) builds up to the moment you actually see the yeti, so it should be impressive. Having ridden it during the brief period it was actually working, Disco Yeti doesn't cut it for me.
