Standing at the edge of Bay Lake at Fort Wilderness with fishing pole in hand, coffee mug in the other, looking to my left and seeing the top of Space Mountain, hearing the steam train whistle at the Magic KIngdom, watching the sun come up with a bald eagle and owl flying over my head, wait a minute....i've got a bite!

This thought: Last time we went (Dec. 2012), we were driving up to Downtown Disney and my daughter (4) was SO INTO her kid tablet, that we got her for the trip, that she didn't realize that we were there. So I turned on my camera and said "Hey baby, look at where we are." She looks up and her mouth falls wide open and she screams "OH MY GOODNESS!!!! I CAN'T BELIEVE IT! WE ARE AT DISNEY WORLD!!!" MAN!! it was such an awesome moment! I will never forget it

So many happy-inducing moments, I don't think I could pick just one.

Some of them would be...Seeing the Castle on Main Street (especially for the first time in a trip). I will never forget the first time I saw that Castle on our very first trip to WDW. Took my whole families breath away. My dad nearly got run down by the horse carriage trying to video tape it all.

Wishes. What else can be said?

Dinner at Bomo is one of those happy moments on a completely different level.

A hot shower after a long Disney day.

I'll bet many of us could go on and on about those little happy thoughts that WDW brings.

When driving down we usually come in on the Western Beltway (429) to Western Way. There is an overpass on the toll road where you can see WDW landmarks like SSE and The Contemporary in the distance. But the real happiness hits when walking up to Epcot and hearing the entrance loop.

Pulling onto property under the "Welcome To Disney World" arch. It's as if there is this invisible field that keeps out all my stress and turns me into a kid again. I can play with my children as a "child". We lose track of time and genuinely enjoy each others company. It's like coming home. No matter how many times I go it never changes.
Well Said!:) It's about making memories that no one can take away from you. :)

I hate getting my picture taken, but i love standing in line with DW because she is trying to get her picture with every character. I love spotting them for her and i don't mind waiting in line because i know how excited and happy it makes her, on our last trip I spotted Tweedle Dee and Dum by the Tea Cups and she was so excited and had so much fun because she was wearing an Alice shirt so they really did it up with her. Her happiness makes me happy.
I hate having my picture taken...except at WDW...
