It's raining in New Jersey right now, with a little thunder and lightning thrown in for an extra special treat!:lookaroun
It is a local thing - it's rained on July 29th here in Waynesburg, PA for 111 of the last 135 years. The mayor always bets a hat with someone famous (this year the bet was with Miss America). Others have included Bob Hope, and Harry Anderson kept his Rain Day hat on the shelves of the Night Court set. Just one of those little hokey small town things. There's even a Miss Rain Day pageant, and the whole town closes down for a street festival.
